Action-Oriented Leaders provide a comprehensive framework for success, designed to enhance, reestablish, or support productive school governance. The strategy comprises Nine (9) Elements of Action-Oriented Governance that, when holistically adopted, deliver a total solution for a high-functioning school governance team. School districts have the flexibility to embark on this 9 Element journey sequentially, or the approach to implementing Action-Oriented Governance can be customized based on a specific school district's requirements. Action-Oriented Leaders value previous work and, through cooperative efforts with the Superintendent and/or Board President/Designee, will pinpoint the relevant Element to focus on for a particular school district.
